US Attorney Jeanine Pirro said in a court filing that prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Rodriguez, who faces murder, firearms and hate crime charges."Rodriguez’s actions were motivated by political, ideological, national, and religious bias, contempt, and hatred," Pirro said.
