[Korrespondent] In the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy carried out 25 attacks. In the Hulyaipil direction, 15 attacks by the invaders were recorded.
There were 120 combat clashes at the front, and the Defense Forces repelled 25 enemy attacks in the Pokrovsky direction. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on the evening of May 6.
It is noted that the enemy carried out one missile strike using two missiles and 47 air strikes - dropping 173 guided bombs. In addition, it used 5,649 kamikaze drones to destroy them and carried out 1,862 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.
According to the General Staff, in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions today, the enemy carried out 5 airstrikes using 14 KABs and carried out 59 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements, seven of them with MLRS. One enemy assault action was recorded.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 11 times in the areas of Vovchansk, Starytsia and towards Liptsy, Lyman, Izbitsky, Malaya Vovcha, and Symynivka. One of these attacks is ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked six times in the direction of Kurylivka, Pishchane, Novoplatonivka, and in the area of ​​Borivska Andriivka. One of these attacks is ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 15 assaults by the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Nadiya, Stavka, Yampil and in the direction of Lyman, Novosergiivka, and Ozerne. One clash is still ongoing.
The enemy did not conduct any assault operations in the Slavyansk direction.
No attacks by the invaders have been recorded in the Kramatorsk direction.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders stormed the positions of our defenders 14 times today in the areas of the settlements of Ivano-Frankivka, Illinivka, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka and towards Kostyantynivka and Novopavlivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 25 attacks. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Sergiyevka, and Molodetske. One of these attacks is ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, today in this direction 42 occupiers were eliminated and 25 were wounded, three units of motor vehicles and three enemy shelters were destroyed. Also, five units of motor vehicles, 10 enemy shelters, four guns and one UAV control point were damaged. 200 UAVs of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders attacked once in the direction of Verbovye.
In the Hulyaipil direction, 15 attacks by the occupiers were recorded in the areas of Zlagoda, Dobropillya, Staroukrainka Zelenye and towards the settlements of Hirke and Hulyaipilske.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked once in the Shcherbaky area.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy carried out two attacks towards Antonivka and Belogruy Island.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
