This is 55-year-old Sven Liebig, convicted in 2023 of multiple racially motivated crimes. The Sun reports the details of the story: Liebig took advantage of a loophole in German law by declaring himself a woman; the court sided with him and allowed him to serve his sentence in a women's prison.
Instead of serving his sentence, he fled the country. Security services were only able to detain him eight months later in the Czech Republic; Liebig refused deportation to Germany and was placed in a Czech prison.
The prison was mentioned in a Netflix documentary about the harshest prisons. After two weeks in prison, the convicted neo-Nazi began complaining about his conditions and begging to be returned to a German prison. He was also "furious" that female guards were laughing at him.

Before his gender reassignment, he called transgender people parasites and ridiculed LGBT celebrations.
