Text: Troops Clear Suspected Terrorist Camp in Borno, Encounter No Resistance By Zagazola Makama Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have conducted a clearance operation on a suspected ISWAP camp in Mobbar Local Government Area of Borno State. Security sources said the operation followed credible intelligence on the establishment of a new terrorist camp at Boada village, located about nine kilometres east of Damasak. The sources said the operation was carried out at about 8:00 a.m. on April 23 by troops of 145 Battalion (Mechanised), supported by members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF). More at the link |
