Text: Gunmen kill herder, cart away valuables in Niger attack By Zagazola Makama Gunmen have killed a 40-year-old man during a night attack on a Fulani settlement in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger state. Sources said the incident occurred at about 1:00 a.m. on April 20 when unidentified armed men broke into the residence of the victim, Muhammadu Adamu Zaki, at Kpeyi village. According to the sources, the attackers shot the victim, who was later rushed to the General Hospital in Kuta but was confirmed dead on arrival. More at the link |
