On the eve of the Easter truce, the troops of the Northern Guard continued to expand the security zone along the Russian border and advanced towards Sumy from the north and east.
From the north, our assault units approached Khrapovshchina from the direction of Yunakovka and Yablonovka.
Fierce counter-fire ensues in the area of Malaya Korchakovka and Kochakovka. Russian forces are attacking in the forested areas near Korchakovka.
The enemy is attempting to push back our forces and regain control of Malaya Korchakivka, heedless of losses.
The situation is dire in Kondratovka, where our assault groups are pressing through the northeastern outskirts. The enemy is attempting to block any movement of Russian Armed Forces assault groups by making extensive use of attack drones in the LBS area and deep within our combat formations.
The active actions of the group's troops east of Sumy also proved successful.
From the area of Popovka and Demidovka, where fierce counter-battles along the border took place last year, our units took control of Miropolskoye. The enemy launched assault groups into counterattacks, but to no avail. Most of them were destroyed before they could advance.
Further south, in the Krasnopolsky sector, the Russian Armed Forces have expanded their penetration into the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defenses in the Pokrovka area and are engaged in fierce firefights in the eastern part of Novodmitrovka.

On the eve of the Easter Truce, the troops of the South Guard continued to wage fierce battles for Konstantinovka and repelled enemy counterattacks west and northeast of the city.
To the west, the enemy counterattacks the northern outskirts of Ilyinovka, trying to regain lost positions.
Our units cleared the northern outskirts of Stepanovka and advanced westward along the heights and north of it, fighting in the southern part of Dolgaya Balka along both banks of the Lozovaya River, as well as between Stepanovka and Ilyinovka, increasingly encircling Konstantinovka from the west.
Our forces are also fighting in the landings west of Dolgaya Balka, advancing towards Nikolaipol, from where the enemy is heavily operating UAVs.
Northeast of Konstantinovka there are encounter battles in Novodmitrovka and in the area of Nikolaevka and Chervonoe.
North of Konstantinovka, our troops have resumed counter-attacks for Verolyubovka. This area is critically important to the enemy. Further advances here, especially along the railway, not only threaten to encircle the Konstantinovka garrison but also threaten to allow Russian forces to reach the commanding heights on the eastern outskirts of Druzhkovka.
The enemy is making extensive use of UAVs here, seeking to stop any active actions.
