Text: IS-Somalia Activity: Abduction and Livestock Seizure in Daray-Madoobe Area. Late last night, IS-Somalia elements reportedly abducted two pastoralists in the Daray-Madoobe area while they were tending to their livestock. The group also took all the goats at the grazing site, suggesting a deliberate move to target both individuals and local livelihood resources. Daray-Madoobe lies about 37 km southeast of Turmasaale, which is currently held by Puntland Defense Forces (PDF) following a recent withdrawal from Dhasaan, roughly 65 km away.
