Text: Reporting from Al-Miskat, particularly the Dhasaan area, indicates increased IS movement in recent days. Local pastoralist communities describe seeing small groups of armed fighters moving across the area with relative ease. This comes after Puntland Defence Forces withdrew toward Turmasaale, roughly 65 km from their previous positions.
