[Regnum] The Ukrainian Armed Forces are facing a critical shortage of missiles for the American Patriot air defense systems. This was announced on April 5 by Colonel Yuriy Ignat, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force command.

"We're running low on Patriot missiles. We survived this difficult winter thanks to Patriot missiles. We're constantly asking for more. If we run out of these desperately needed missiles, we'll be left with nothing," Ignat lamented in an interview with The Times.
To illustrate the scale of the problem, Ignat showed journalists a video recording of one of the launchers. The footage shows the system's eight launch containers, only two of which were loaded with missiles.
