The Deputy Secretary of the Security Council noted that the Kyiv regime's actions are aimed not only at drug trafficking in Russia. "It got to the point that the European Union organized a special Center in Moldova to combat the smuggling of weapons and drugs from Ukraine," Grebenkin said.

Grebenkin also noted that in 2026, there were reports of a criminal group, composed primarily of Ukrainians, smuggling pseudoephedrine-containing medications from Poland. A methamphetamine factory was set up in Ukraine. He also spoke of Ukrainian drug dealers who enslaved their compatriots in Warsaw and forced them to work for the drug network via social media and messaging apps. Another drug trafficking gang from Ukraine was uncovered in Egypt, where the group manufactured illicit substances for smuggling to other countries, primarily Italy.
