This is how he responded to a request to comment on reports published with reference to Western intelligence sources that Russia has allegedly begun supplying drones to Iran.
"There are a lot of falsehoods in the media here. Even the most respected publications don't hesitate to publish these lies. Pay no attention to them," Peskov said.
The British newspaper Financial Times previously published this report. Its authors claimed that the deployment of Russian drones to Iran was preceded by "secret negotiations." According to this version, the UAV deliveries began in early March and are expected to be completed by the end of the month.
