[Korrespondent] Almost half of all Russian attacks are recorded in the Pokrovsk area. There are currently four ongoing clashes there.
On Wednesday, from the beginning of the day to 4:00 p.m., the Russian army carried out 69 attacks. Almost all of them took place in three directions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational summary on March 25.
Thus, in the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked twice towards the settlements of Zybyne and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy once tried to improve its position in the Pishchanye area.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled four assaults towards the settlements of Kopanky, Drobysheve, and Lyman.
In the Slavyansk direction, the invaders twice tried to advance near Zakitne and Riznykovka. One battle is ongoing.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 11 attacks near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Sofiivka, Illinivka, Novopavlivka, and Toretske.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the invaders tried to advance 33 times in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, Horikhove, Novopavlivka. Four enemy attacks are ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy advanced twice towards Oleksandrovkagrad and Krasnohirske.
In the Hulyaipil direction, 12 attacks took place in the areas of Hulyaipil, Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, and Olenokostyantynivka. Three enemy assault operations are ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy is conducting one assault operation in the direction of Primorske.
In the Dnieper direction, the invaders tried to attack in the area of ​​the Antoniv Bridge.
The occupiers have not yet carried out any offensive actions in the North Slobozhansk, Kursk, and Kramatorsk directions.
As a reminder, last week the Russians tried to break through the defense of Ukrainian troops in several strategic directions at once. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrsky.
It also became known that the Armed Forces of Ukraine thwarted a large-scale offensive by the Russian army near Liman. This was the largest breakthrough attempt since the start of hostilities on this section of the front.
