Text: Troops rescue kidnap victim during search operation in Plateau By Zagazola Makama Troops of Operation Safe Haven have rescued a kidnap victim during a search-and-rescue operation in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State, security sources said. The sources said the troops from Sector 6 responded to a report of kidnapping activities at about 7:30 a.m. on March 15 along the Manchok–Jos Road.
