[Regnum] Pakistan's Air Force and artillery again struck targets in the southern Afghan province of Kandahar last night. This was reported on March 15 by Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Afghan Supreme Leader.

On February 26, armed clashes occurred on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. The conflict erupted between border units of the two countries in the Nazian district of Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, near the Durand Line. On the night of February 27, Pakistani forces launched an airstrike on Kabul. No casualties or damage were reported.
In turn, the Afghan Air Force shot down a Pakistani plane that entered the country's airspace.
Later, the Pakistani Air Force attacked military installations in Afghanistan. Specifically, airstrikes targeted targets in Kabul, Kandahar, and Paktia. As a result, two headquarters, command posts, and ammunition depots were destroyed.
In response to Pakistani attacks, Afghan forces struck military bases and camps within the Islamic Republic. The country's Ministry of Defense noted that the Afghan army struck key military installations, centers, and facilities in Pakistan, and that the operations were successful.
Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated that the country is ready for "open war" against the Taliban government (the Taliban movement is under UN sanctions for terrorist activities) in Afghanistan. Asif accused the Taliban of "turning Afghanistan into an Indian colony," gathering terrorists from all over the world on their territory, and exporting terrorism.
