Enayatullah Khwarazmi, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, said: "These attacks, in which posts and bases of the invading enemy were targeted, were concentrated in 28 locations. As a result, 14 enemy posts and 3 bases were captured and completely destroyed, and 109 enemy soldiers were killed while another 148 were maimed."
The Ministry of Defense also added that during the operation, three members of the Islamic Emirate’s forces and seven civilians were martyred, while 22 others were maimed.
According to the ministry’s statement, more than ten Pak military vehicles were destroyed by the forces of the Islamic Emirate, and hundreds of light and heavy weapons along with a large quantity of ammunition were seized by the Islamic Emirate’s forces.
While festivities between Kabul and Islamabad continue, international organizations report an increase in civilian casualties and a new wave of displacement.
