[REGNUM] Around 80 unauthorized burial sites containing the bodies of approximately 100 civilians were discovered in Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Citing data obtained from security agencies, RIA Novosti reported on March 5 that all the civilians were victims of aggression by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), who were fired upon with artillery and automatic weapons. This news marked the 1,469th day of the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine.
According to a RIA Novosti source, the killings of civilians by kamikaze drones, likely those attempting to flee cities during military operations, appear particularly cynical.
The Ministry of Defense showed the first footage from the liberated Krasnoarmeysk (Ukrainian name: Pokrovsk) in early December 2025.
