Senator Sheehy joined Capitol Police in lifting up and ejecting anti war protestor Brian McGinnis from a SASC subcommittee hearing. McGinnis is a Green Party candidate running for Senate in N.C. An antiwar activist filmed the video below:

Brian McGinnis served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2000 to 2004. He earned a high school diploma from Quincy Senior High School and an associate degree from John Wood Community College in 2006. McGinnis' career experience includes working as a firefighter.
He doesn’t claim any previous political experience, so starting with the US Senate seems aiming a bit high. On the other hand, getting his hand broken during a stupid stunt like this is a good way to gain the attention and affections of the far left in his state, not to mention donations from people like Alex Soros. Before this,as far as I can tell from the Facebook page linked to the Ballotpedia thing, he was active in the pro-Palestinian movement, no doubt for love of his hijabi wife and four children. So possibly not nuts, but definitely Antifa.
