Text: Yobe security operatives rescue kidnapped victim, arrest four suspects By Zagazola Makama Security operatives in Yobe State have rescued a kidnapped resident, Abdul’hamid Garba, 35, of Nayi Nawa Area, Damaturu, and arrested four suspects involved in the abduction. Sources said that on Feb. 16 at about 10:20 p.m., Garba was abducted by suspects identified as Moh’d Usman, 32; Kabiru Ibrahim Umar, 42; Idriss Abdullahi Zakaria, 27; and Matthew Obata, 21, all staff of Transworld Private Security Guard, Kano. The suspects had hired a Prado jeep from Giwa Company, Kano, for N400,000, using a covered registration number ABJ 295 NB, and moved the victim without a clear destination while demanding a ransom of N10 million from his relations.
