The report confirms AQIS leadership is safely based in Afghan territory, while ISIS-K retains combat-ready forces with regional strike potential. Both AQIS and ISIS-K are reportedly receiving support and logistical backing from the Haqqani Network, further strengthening this integrated militant ecosystem.
