[ForecastWeatherGov] Link goes to the Sacramento NWS forecast discussion which is updated at least once a day (sometimes twice a day).
Currently, all numeric models are forecasting a multi day series of storms beginning on Valentine day (15 Feb) and continuing on President's day (16 Feb) and possibly the next 4 days. Snow is forecast at all passes, even down to foothills. Possibly multiple days with over a foot and a half of snow and long periods where the Sierra passes are closed. |
