[Korrespondent] Half of the Russian attacks are concentrated in the Pokrovska and Kostyantynivka areas. Most of the assaults have already been suppressed.
Since the beginning of the day, 66 combat clashes have taken place on the front between the Ukrainian army and the Russian invaders. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in an operational summary on Friday, January 30.
Thus, in the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked six times in the areas of Starytsia, Prylipka, and Vovchansk. Two clashes are ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy is trying to advance towards Kurylivka, Petropavlivka, and Novoosynovo. Four clashes have occurred, two of which are currently ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four attacks by the invaders in the Zarichny area and towards Druzhelyubivka and Drobyshevye. Two attacks are still ongoing.
On the Slavyansk direction, the Russians tried to advance three times towards Zakitne and in the Dronivka area. One clash is ongoing.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 11 assaults near Shcherbynivka, Sofiivka and towards Illinivka, Stepanivka and Novopavlivka. Two attacks are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the invaders have carried out 25 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiya and towards Ivanivka and Rodynske. The defense forces have already repelled 23 attacks.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the aggressor attacked four times in the areas of Rybne, Zlagoda, and towards Oleksandrograd.
In the Hulyaipil direction, our defenders repelled seven attacks in the Hulyaipil area and towards Dobropil and Olenokostyantynivka. One battle is still ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy once attacked the positions of our defenders in the Stepnohirsk area.
One enemy attack was stopped in the Dnieper direction.
The enemy has not yet carried out offensive operations in the North-Slobozhansk, Kursk, and Kramatorsk directions.
Recall that on January 29, 279 battles took place on the front - one of the highest figures in recent days. At the same time, Russia lost more than 1,300 soldiers killed and wounded. Since the beginning of the Great War, Russian losses have approached 1.3 million people.
