[Korrespondent] In the Pokrovsky direction, the occupation army has already carried out 77 attacks in the areas of 19 settlements.
Since the beginning of the day and as of 4:00 p.m., 180 clashes have occurred on the front. This is more than four times higher than yesterday's figure, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational summary on Thursday, January 29.
Thus, in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the Russian army made seven offensive attempts.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked 11 times in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Starytsia, Tykhye and towards the settlements of Ternova, Grafske, Vovchanski Khutory, Hryhorivka, and Kolodyazne.
In the Kupyansk direction, the Russians are trying to advance in the area of ​​the settlement of Borivska Andriivka and towards Kupyansk, Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Novoosynovo. There have been 10 clashes in this direction, five of which are currently ongoing.
In the Lymansky direction, our soldiers repelled nine attacks in the areas of the settlements of Drobysheve, Stepy, Hrekivka and towards Druzhelyubivka and Stavki.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Russians twice tried to advance on the positions of our troops towards Zakitne. One clash is ongoing.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 15 assaults near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Berestka, Stepanivka, Sofiivka. One attack is still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the invaders have carried out 77 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Toretske, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Rivne, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka and towards the settlements of Kucheriv Yar, Vilne, Bilytske, Novyi Donbas, Hryshyne, Novopidhorodne, Muravka, Ivanivka, Filiya. The defense forces have already repelled 65 assaults.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the aggressors attacked 19 times in the Verbovye area and towards Ivanivka, Iskra, Oleksandrograd, Oleksiivka, Danylivka, and Novy Zaporizhzhia.
In the Hulyaipil direction, 25 attacks by the invaders were repelled in the Hulyaipil area and towards Dobropil, Radisne, Varvarivka, Zeleny, Pryluky, Zaliznychny, Olenokostyantynivka, Svyatopetrivka, and Staroukrainka. Nine clashes are still ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy twice attacked the positions of our defenders in the direction of Lukyanivske and Pavlovka.
On the Dnieper direction, an enemy attack in the direction of the Antoniv Bridge was stopped.
Recall that on January 28, 117 battles took place on the front - one of the lowest figures in recent times. At the same time, Russia lost more than 800 soldiers killed and wounded. Since the beginning of the Great War, Russian losses have approached 1.3 million people.
