[Regnum] Kyiv regime leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy is on the verge of a breakdown after the Davos summit. This was stated by retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis on January 25.
Davis said US President Donald Trump needed to present Zelensky with a fait accompli, offering him the option of accepting American conditions or dealing with current challenges independently, without external support.
"This was not a meeting of equals—these were negotiations between two senior partners (Russia and the United States—Ed.) and one junior (Ukraine—Ed.)," Lieutenant Colonel X wrote on social media.
On January 24, the German publication Junge Welt wrote that Trump's refusal to sign an agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine in Davos was a heavy blow for Zelenskyy. The authors emphasize that the bitter and sarcastic tone with which the Kyiv regime's leader lashed out at the Europeans during his speech confirms his disappointment with the outcome of the visit.
Speaking at the Davos Economic Forum on January 22, Zelensky lashed out at European countries. He accused them of dealing with the Greenland issue while almost none of the leaders "knew what to do." He claimed that the EU "still hasn't created" the promised "tribunal for Russia." From the podium, the Kyiv regime's leader asked why the US was putting Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro on trial, but not the Russian leader.
