Text: ⚡️At least 70 regime forces killed and over 40 injured in January 19 clashes with Fano in Jarsuma Kebele, Central Armachiho Woreda (📍Central Gonder Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia). 🔵 On January 19th, intense fighting erupted in Jarsuma Kebele after regime joint forces from the 78th and 92nd ENDF Divisions advanced overnight from Maserodenb town toward Shimel-Ber Got. Units of the Tekeze Division (operating under the AFNM-BC) launched an early-morning counter-offensive against the advancing forces. 🔵 The confrontation resulted in heavy regime losses, with at least 70 regime personnel confirmed killed and more than 40 others wounded. Among those killed was the regime’s campaign leader. On the Fano side, Arbegna Melaku Nega was killed during the fighting. Read more at the link |
