[Korrespondent] Russian troops continue to exert pressure in the Pokrovske direction. The enemy is also showing increased activity in the Hulyaipilske direction.
Along the front line, 86 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of the day, fighting is currently ongoing in eight directions, with the Russian invaders continuing to exert the most pressure in the Pokrovsky direction. This was stated in the General Staff briefing on Sunday, January 11.
Today, communities in settlements were affected by enemy artillery and mortar fire, in particular, Guta-Studenetska, Bleshnya in Chernihiv region; Bezsalivka, Rogizne, Vovkivka, Ryzhivka, Volfyne, Iskryskivshchyna, Shpyl in Sumy region.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 51 attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has not carried out offensive actions.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Dvorichanske, Dovgenyke and towards the settlements of Grafske, Lyman, and Kolodyazne. Currently, two clashes are ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy is trying to advance towards Petropavlivka and Boguslavka - our defenders have repelled three attacks, and two more clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the invading army carried out 11 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the area of ​​the settlements of Hrekivka, Karpivka, Shandryholove, Yampil and towards the settlements of Lyman, Stavky, Drobysheve, two clashes are ongoing.
On the Slavyansk direction, the Russians twice tried to advance on the positions of our troops in the Platonovka area. Clashes continue.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kramatorsk direction.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy tried 10 times to penetrate our defenses near the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillya, Rusyn Yar, and towards Sofiivka.
In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of the day, the Russian occupiers have made 25 attempts to push our soldiers from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Sukhetske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiya and towards Ivanovka and Novopavlivka. The defense forces are holding back the onslaught and have already repelled 21 attacks.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven assault actions by enemy troops. The enemy is trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Sichneve, Verbove, Rybne, Yehorivka, one battle is ongoing. The enemy launched an airstrike on Havrylivka.
In the Hulyaipil direction, 17 clashes took place in the areas of the settlements of Hulyaipole, Solodke and towards Dobropillya and Varvarivka. In some locations, fighting continues to this day. Mala Tokmachka was hit by KAB airstrikes.
In the Orikhov direction, two clashes are currently underway in the Stepnohirsk and Primorsk regions. Orikhov was hit by an airstrike.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Dnieper direction.
