Text: Egypt 🇪🇬 is reportedly pressuring Haftar and the LNA 🇱🇾 to stop offering a supply road to the RSF for the UAE in Kufrah. Sudan is Egypt strategic interest since the country is the main neighbour of Egypt's opponent, Ethiopia. Cairo is seeking to balance its close military relation with Sudan and its economic and financial dependancy to the UAE. In eastern Libya, Al Sissi hopes to prevent the Kufrah-Darfur supply road which is threatening it's own border. Haftar's visit to Cairo in december was reportedly very tense with Egypt asking him to change his policy. Few days ago, Saddamm Haftar (the son and future leader) visited Egypt again, but this time Egypt and Saudi Arabia are decided to act against the UAE destabilization, probably threatening Haftar with a support to western Libya.
