Furthermore, the Chief of the General Staff reported that in the Kharkiv region, east of Kupyansk, Russian units are destroying Ukrainian Armed Forces formations trapped on the left bank of the Oskol River. Following the capture of Seversk in this region, the Russian Armed Forces' advance on Slovyansk in the DPR has accelerated.
