The former president appeared numerous times in the tranche of documents on Friday, being seen taking a dip with convicted sex trafficker Maxwell and a woman whose face was redacted.
In another image, Clinton was pictured relaxing in a hot tub.
Michael Jackson was seen in one image smiling alongside Epstein, and another showed Clinton with actor Kevin Spacey.
In undated images from a dinner party attended by Epstein, rock legend Sir Mick Jagger was seen enjoying a meal with the pedophile, Maxwell and Clinton.
Inside Epstein's home, an infamous painting of Clinton wearing a blue dress was hung on the wall.
Clinton has since issued a blistering response, denying having any knowledge of Epstein's crimes and accusing the White House of attempting to 'shield themselves from what comes next, or from what they'll try and hide forever.'
The huge trove of documents shared on Friday did not include dates or context from where they were taken. Being named or pictured in the files is not necessarily an indication of wrongdoing with Epstein.
