The first image clearly shows damage to the pier where the drone struck. The submarine itself is apparently moored safely at the pier. I suspect the hole in the pier will be patched soon enough.
The satellite images also show a barrier at the harbor entrance. However, somehow (the commission will determine) the enemy managed to get past it.
Overall, they got off easy, but next time they might not be so lucky. If the drone had hit the submarine instead of the pier, it would have taken months of repairs at best, or worse.
