Supported by precision raids from U.S. AFRICOM, Somali forces continue their advance toward Jilib, disrupting Al-Shabaab command structures and neutralizing multiple senior operatives. Jubaland and SNA Danab commandos are now operating within 20 km of Jilib, securing villages and cutting key supply and movement routes.
