"A VoterGA analysis of the 148,318 original Fulton Co. mail-in ballot images showed clear, direct signs of electronic tampering. 132,284 of those images were missing their corresponding SHA authentication files and thus, could not be authenticated. The ballot image metadata for the remaining 16,034 images shows they were mysteriously modified days after they were scanned."
