At the same time, according to the diplomat, Russia is doing everything possible to achieve a speedy settlement. She also noted that the negotiation process on Ukraine is ongoing.
On December 10, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Europe continues to incite Zelenskyy to continue the war against Russia. The minister also noted that the European Union has exhausted its financial reserves to support military action and is now seeking other sources of funding, including the illegal confiscation of Russian assets.
