Text: If there wasn’t footage showing that it was a gathering of RSF militiamen; I can almost guarantee you that it would have been reported as “a strike that killed civilians.” The guided drone missiles that the Sudanese Army is reliant on are so prohibitively expensive for it to procure that the Army will rarely use them on low value RSF targets and saves their use for high value commanders, supply convoys or large militia gatherings. It does not make tactical sense for the Army to target a location unless there is a strong belief that it is houses a valuable militia target. |
