[Regnum] Russian users have encountered a massive "blue screen" after updating to Windows 11. The SHOT Telegram channel reported this on December 6.
According to the channel, after the latest update KB5 063 878, which became available in Russia several weeks ago, users experienced hard drive malfunctions. Residents of the US, Europe, and Japan had previously encountered the same issues.
It turned out that this update contains a bug that causes the SSD drive to become unreadable. The only way to restore the computer to working order is to roll back to the previous version of Windows.
In September, Android smartphone users also experienced widespread device crashes after the Android 16 QPR1 update. These crashes included white noise on the screen, image distortion when taking photos, issues with the gallery and banking apps, and issues with Bluetooth connectivity.
