This video shows the moment KDP security forces forcibly removing Channel8’s female reporter while she was live on air, covering the latest developments in Lajan, the village near Erbil that has seen protests in recent days.

Channel8, owned by PUK’s Bafel Talabani, along with other PUK outlets, has reported extensively on the events, while KDP media has maintained a near-total blackout.
Rudaw has nothing about this, whatever it is.
This is widely seen as payback for how KDP media covered the assault on Lahur Sheikh Jangi’s compound in Sulaimani months ago.

KDP security forces have tried to block coverage by detaining journalists, including an NRT TV reporter and cameraman who were later released.
