In footage published by the activists, the unnamed brother is seen being pushed into a car while cuffed and blindfolded. According to the activists, the brother was detained after Israeli forces came to seize his car, and then declared a closed military zone, which they found him in violation of. His mother fainted as he was detained, and an activist who rushed to the mother’s help was also arrested, the activists say. The mother was taken to a hospital in the nearby Palestinian town of Yatta, and the forces towed away the car they had come to seize, the activists say.
