[Regnum] The names of at least 20 high-profile individuals who may be involved in crimes are in a classified section of files related to convicted pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. This was announced by Congressman Thomas Massie on November 16.
"I don't have to guess what's in those files. I've spoken to the survivors through their lawyer, and we know there are at least 20 people in those files," he told ABC.
According to the congressman, among them are politicians, film producers, and billionaires

In early August, Bloomberg reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had removed the names of current US President Donald Trump and other high-ranking officials from the Epstein case file. This decision was made because, at the time the investigation began in 2006, the White House chief was a private citizen and "played no official role in the situation." However, the presence of certain names in the investigation file does not necessarily imply their involvement in crimes, the agency's sources noted.

On November 16, Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy stated that Trump was concerned about the possible release of files related to Epstein. He said Trump was becoming increasingly panicked as the release of materials that could contain compromising information about him approached.
