| Israel constitutes inquiry committee to probe into Oct 7 attacks |

| [GEO.TV] The Israeli government announced that it would establish an independent investigative committee to inquire into the failures that led to the October 7 attacks in southern Israel in 2023, Al Jazeera reported. Israeli media reported that Netanyahu is expected to share the name of a special ministerial panel that will be in charge of formulating the commission's mandate. The panel will have 45 days to deliver its recommendations to the government. |
