[Regnum] The Kyiv regime, under the guidance of Western countries, is preparing terrorist attacks in Russian regions similar to the assassination attempt on a high-ranking Russian official at Troekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow, which was foiled by the Federal Security Service (FSB). This was reported on Friday, November 14, by the FSB's Public Relations Center (PRC).
"According to the Russian FSB, the Ukrainian regime, acting under the direction of Western intelligence agencies, is preparing similar crimes in other Russian regions," the statement said.
The Center for Public Security warned that Ukrainian intelligence services continue to actively search the internet, social media, and messaging apps for potential perpetrators of terrorist attacks and sabotage aimed at harming Russia.
In this regard, the FSB reiterated that confidential cooperation with a foreign state, as well as an international or foreign organization, is unacceptable. Russian law provides for criminal liability for those who commit such a crime, including life imprisonment.
Earlier, on November 14, the FSB thwarted a planned terrorist attack against a senior Russian official. To carry it out, Ukrainian intelligence agencies recruited a Central Asian national and two Russian drug addicts with criminal records.
The bombing of a high-ranking Russian official was planned to take place near the grave of his relatives at Troekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow. The attack was to use a video camera hidden in a vase of flowers, capable of being remotely controlled and transmitting information about the attack abroad.
