Units of the North group of forces defeated formations of four mechanized brigades, an assault regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and a territorial defense brigade in the areas of the settlements of Kiyanitsa, Mala Korchakovka, Novaya Sich, Pavlovka, and Proletarske in the Sumy region.
In the Khar'kov direction, units of a motorized infantry brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were defeated near the village of Volchansk in the Khar'kov region.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 130 service members, 10 vehicles, and three field artillery pieces, including a US-made M-777 155mm howitzer. An electronic warfare station and five supply depots were destroyed.
Units of the "West" force grouping have improved their position along the forward edge.
