[Korrespondent] The most active fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsky direction, which accounts for a third of all Russian attacks on the front.
Since the beginning of the current day, 93 combat clashes have occurred in 12 directions along the entire front line. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational summary as of 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6.
Thus, eight battles took place in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, four of which are still ongoing.
Four attacks by Russian troops have been repelled in the South Slobozhansk direction, and another battle is ongoing. The enemy is trying to advance in the Vovchansk area and towards Dvorichansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, the invaders attacked 10 times towards the settlements of Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Hlushkivka. Three clashes are ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, the invading army carried out six attacks near the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Zarichne, Novoselivka and towards the settlement of Koroviy Yar. Four combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, eight attacks were repelled in the areas of Yampol, Dronivka, Siversk, Serebryanka, and Fedorivka. Three more clashes are ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our soldiers repelled two attacks near Novomarkovoye and Vyrolyubivka.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out nine assaults in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar and in the direction of Sofiivka. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian invaders carried out 32 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Chervonyi Liman, Myrnograd, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Dorozhne, Novopavlivka, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiya.
The defense forces have already repelled 26 attacks, six combat clashes are ongoing. The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue strike and search operations in the Pokrovsk area.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy is trying to break through in the areas of the settlements of Sichneve, Verbove, and Pershotravneve. Our soldiers have repelled three assaults. Another attack is underway.
In the Hulyaipil direction, four combat clashes occurred in the Novomykolaivka area and in the direction of Novy. All attacks were repelled.
In the Prydniprovs'kyi direction, one attack in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge was stopped.
As a reminder, the day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Ukrainian military is systematically destroying Russians in Pokrovsk and surrounding areas.
About 1,200 civilians remain in the city. Due to the difficult security situation, evacuation is virtually impossible.
