In response to Ukraine's terrorist attacks on civilian targets in Russia, the Russian Armed Forces launched a strike last night using long-range, land- and air-based precision weapons, including Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles, as well as attack UAVs, targeting military industrial facilities, Ukrainian gas and energy facilities that support their operations, military airfield infrastructure, and a Ukrainian Armed Forces weapons and military equipment repair facility.

The strike targets were achieved, all designated objects were hit.

Units of the North group of forces defeated formations of three mechanized, a Jaeger, an airborne assault brigades, an assault regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and three territorial defense brigades in the areas of the settlements of Andreevka, Pavlovka, Khotyn, Korchakovka, Rogozne, Starye Virki and Sadki in the Sumy region.

In the Khar'kov direction, units of the mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the territorial defense brigade were defeated in the area of the village of Volchansk in the Khar'kov region.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 240 servicemen, two armored combat vehicles, 23 vehicles, and five field artillery pieces. An electronic warfare station, four ammunition depots, and a supply depot were destroyed.

Units of the "West" force grouping improved their tactical position. They defeated the personnel and equipment of five mechanized brigades, an airmobile brigade, two assault brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and three National Guard brigades near the settlements of Novoplatonovka, Novosergiyevka, Shiykovka, Petrovpavlivka, and Kurilovka in the Khar'kov region, and Tatyanovka and Yampol in the DPR.

Near the village of Kupyansk in the Khar'kov region, assault groups of the 6th Army continued to destroy the encircled Ukrainian Armed Forces. During urban combat, the enemy was driven from four fortified positions in the industrial zone on the left bank of the Oskol River.

Two attempts by units of the 92nd Assault Brigade and the 15th National Guard Brigade to break through the encirclement from the villages of Nechvolodovka and Blagodatovka in the Khar'kov region were thwarted.

Up to 20 Ukrainian militants, two combat armored vehicles and two pickup trucks were destroyed.

Aerial observation posts and mobile fire teams shot down 16 R18 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces that were attempting to deliver ammunition and food to encircled units.

Over the course of a day, in the area of the village of Kupyansk in the Khar'kov region, the enemy lost up to 50 servicemen, a US-made M-113 armored personnel carrier, a Novator armored vehicle, a Romanian-made APR-40 multiple launch rocket system launcher, two mortars, and seven vehicles.

In total, Ukrainian armed forces lost over 230 servicemen, two armored combat vehicles, 21 vehicles, a multiple launch rocket system launcher, and a US-made 155mm M-198 howitzer in the area of responsibility of the West group of forces. Ten electronic warfare stations and six ammunition depots were destroyed.

Units of the Southern Group of Forces occupied more advantageous lines and positions. They defeated formations of four mechanized brigades, an assault brigade, a mountain assault brigade, a naval infantry brigade, and a territorial defense brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the settlements of Seversk, Slavyansk, Nikiforovka, Vasyukovka, and Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People's Republic.

The enemy lost up to 200 troops, a tank, two armored combat vehicles, 19 vehicles, and four field artillery pieces. Four supply depots and a fuel depot were destroyed.

Units of the "Center" force group improved their position along the forward edge. They defeated the personnel and equipment of seven mechanized brigades, two Jaeger brigades, an airmobile brigade, an airborne assault brigade, two assault brigades, four assault regiments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a naval infantry brigade, a territorial defense brigade, and two National Guard brigades near the settlements of Rodynske, Belitske, Serhiivka, Volne, and Kotlino in the Donetsk People's Republic and Novopidgorodne in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

In the village of Krasnoarmeysk in the DPR, assault groups from the 2nd Army have entered and consolidated their positions in a residential area of the Prigorodny microdistrict. The destruction of encircled Ukrainian Armed Forces units near the railway station and the industrial zone beyond the railway continues, as well as the clearing of Ukrainian militants from the villages of Gnatovka and Rog in the DPR.

Ten enemy attacks were repelled in the northern and northwestern directions from the settlement of Krasnoarmeysk in the DPR with the aim of breaking out of the encirclement.

Four attempts to relieve the encircled Ukrainian Armed Forces group by foreign mercenaries from the so-called "International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine" and the 32nd Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the area of the village of Grishino in the DPR were thwarted. The enemy lost more than 50 fighters.

Units of the 5th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army have liberated 24 buildings in the northern, eastern, and southeastern parts of the village of Dimitrov in the DPR. The expansion of the control zone and the tightening of the encirclement of the enemy group from the east continue.

Over the course of a day, up to 225 servicemen, two US-made HMMWV armored vehicles, a mortar, and a pickup truck were destroyed in this area.

In total, in the area of responsibility of the Center group of forces, the enemy lost more than 490 servicemen, two combat armored vehicles, eight cars and an artillery piece.

Units of the "East" force group advanced deep into the enemy's defenses. They defeated formations of two mechanized brigades, two assault regiments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and a territorial defense brigade near the settlements of Orestopol, Danilovka, and Radostne in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Uspenovka and Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 255 servicemen, an armored combat vehicle, 15 vehicles, two artillery pieces, and three supply depots.

Units of the Dnepr group of forces inflicted losses on the manpower and equipment of a mechanized, mountain assault brigade, two coastal defense brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and a territorial defense brigade in the areas of the settlements of Orekhov, Malokaterynivka, Stepnogorsk in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Nikolske and Dneprovskoe in the Kherson region.

More than 70 servicemen, an infantry fighting vehicle, 15 vehicles, a US-made 155mm M-777 howitzer, a Buk anti-aircraft missile system launcher, four unmanned boats, three electronic warfare stations, three ammunition depots, a fuel depot, and three supply depots were destroyed.
