The Vostok group of troops denied the blockade of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region by Russian troops.

"There is no "blocking" of our Defense Forces in Pokrovsk by the enemy. These are just statements of Russian propaganda that do not correspond to reality. The enemy's occupation army is really increasing pressure in the Pokrovsk direction, in particular in the area of ​​the Pokrovsk-Mirnograd agglomeration," the report says.
The military notes that the situation in Pokrovsk remains complex and dynamic. Separate groups of enemy infantry are infiltrating the city and trying to move and accumulate there.
"Striking and search operations are being carried out in the city. These enemy units and individual infantrymen are being destroyed by our soldiers. Forces and means to search and destroy the enemy are being increased, in particular, the number of unmanned systems is increasing," the General Staff assured.
"At the same time, logistics to the city are complicated by enemy FPVs, but not interrupted. Various means of counteraction, protection, and support of logistical routes are being used. Defense forces continue to clear Pokrovsk of Russian invaders," the military added.
On the eve of the meeting, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, announced that he had visited the Pokrovskoye direction again, as the enemy is increasing its activity in the Pokrovskoye-Mirnograd agglomeration area. He also denied the enemy's "blocking" of the Defense Forces.
Yesterday, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Vadym Filashkin, reported that 1,256 people remain in Pokrovsk, but due to daily shelling of civilians, evacuation from the city is almost impossible.
It was previously reported that Russia has deployed about 11,000 people to implement the plan to surround the Pokrovsk agglomeration. The enemy groups that have entered the city are planning to advance to the northwest and north of Pokrovsk.
