[Regnum] A school teacher and her lover were arrested in the US state of Nebraska for attempting to seduce a high school student. This was reported on October 26 by the British newspaper Daily Mail.
Law enforcement officials suspected 36-year-old Elizabeth Love and 41-year-old Jarid Krause of attempting to seduce and sexually exploit a minor after the latter filed a complaint.
According to the high school student, in August, she overheard a phone conversation between her teacher and her lover, in which they discussed their desire to have sex with the student. Afterward, on October 11, Love brought the minor to her home and made a sexually suggestive request. The court documents do not specify what the teacher requested.
The high school student refused and decided to leave, though the teacher made no attempt to stop her. Love then asked the student not to tell anyone about it and gave her $100.
