[Korrespondent] Russian invaders have already organized 55 assaults in the Pokrovsky direction in the areas of 15 settlements.
Since the beginning of the current day, 133 combat clashes have occurred on the front. Russian occupiers are focusing their efforts on the Pokrovsky sector, where they have doubled the number of assaults over the past 24 hours, the General Staff reported in an operational report on Monday, October 20.
Thus, three enemy attacks were repelled in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions.
In the Yuzhno-Slobodskoy direction, seven armed clashes occurred in the areas of Bologovka, Kamyanka, and Kutkovka. One armed clash is ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, two enemy attacks continue near Kupyansk and Boguslavka.
In the Liman direction, the invading army carried out one attack in the area of ​​the village of Shandrigolovo.
In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy attacked eight times near Yampol, Serebryanka, Dronovka, Vyemka, Fedorovka and in the direction of Zvanovka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy advanced twice near Stupochki.
In the Konstantinovka direction, 12 assaults have been stopped in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultinoye, Katerynivka, Shcherbinovka, Rusiny Yar, Sofiyivka, and Poltavka. Another battle is still ongoing.
Since the start of the day, Russian occupiers have launched 55 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Shakhove, Dorozhnoe, Poltavka, Suhetskoye, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Chervony Lyman, Lisovka, Zvirove, Kotlin, Udachne, and Dachne, as well as in the direction of Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka. Defense forces have already repelled 54 of these attacks.
In the Oleksandrivske sector, the Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped 17 attacks near the settlements of Zaporizhzhia, Andreevka-Klevtsovo, Oleksandrograd, Vorone, Sosnovka, Kalinovskoye, Novogrigorovka, and Olgovskoye, as well as in the direction of Orestopol, Alekseyevka, and Privolnoye. Two more clashes are ongoing.
In the Orekhovo direction, our defenders repelled six attacks in the direction of Plavni and Primorskoye, near Novoandreyevka, Malaya Tokmachka, Stepnogorsk, and Stepovoye. Two more combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to approach the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the direction of the Antonovsky Bridge.
As a reminder, Russia lost nearly 900 soldiers killed and wounded in the 24 hours of October 19. The total number of Russian casualties is approaching 1.2 million.
