In the village of Gorny in the Solnechny district, a wild animal climbed onto the porch of a residential building on Silinskaya Street. According to the publication, dogs began barking, and the owners called 911, but received no immediate assistance.
The publication noted that the bear retreated, but not before destroying the enclosure and mauling the nursing dog, which had recently given birth to puppies.
"The bear was about four years old. A healthy one, 200 kilograms. Luckily, a hunting friend came by, and luckily, he had a bear license. He started shooting at it right from the window in the enclosure and killed it," the owner said.
It is noted that gamekeepers arrived at the scene of the incident within an hour.
