[Regnum] A radical activist was detained in Stavropol Krai for plotting a terrorist attack on the Georgievsk Municipal District administration. The FSB Public Relations Center (PRC) reported this to Regnum News Agency.
"On instructions from his supervisor, the perpetrator conducted reconnaissance of a potential terrorist attack site (the Georgievsky Municipal District administration building), after which he acquired components for making an improvised explosive device," the intelligence agency reported.
The detainee is a resident of Georgievsk, born in 2000. After establishing contact with representatives of a terrorist organization banned in Russia, he joined its ranks, intending to commit crimes, according to a report, according to newstracker.
