[Regnum] Comet C/2025 A6 Lemmon will pass closest to Earth on Tuesday, October 21. This was reported by the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Space Research Institute (IKI) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The distance between Earth and the comet will be 89 million km.

At the same time, Lemmon is inferior in brightness to the strong comets of 2024, in particular comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS), which at its peak had a luminosity several hundred times greater.
It is noted that Comet Lemmon will be observed until at least the end of October - beginning of November.
