| IDF arrests armed Palestinian near southern West Bank national park |

| [IsraelTimes] A Palestinian suspect armed with a makeshift “Carlo” submachine gun and a pistol has been detained by Israeli troops near the Herodion National Park in the southern West Bank, the military says. According to the IDF, the weapons were found in a building that the suspect had been in. The suspect has been handed over to the Israel Police for further questioning, along with the firearms. The IDF does not say if the suspect was planning a terror attack. |
