[Korrespondent] More than a third of Russian attacks are concentrated in the Pokrovskoe direction. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are fighting in areas where the occupiers have carried out 47 attacks in the vicinity of 18 settlements.
Since the start of the day, the Ukrainian army has engaged in 113 battles with Russian forces on the front. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in an operational report on Tuesday, October 14.
Thus, in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions, the enemy attempted to carry out offensive actions five times.
In the Yuzhno-Slobodskoy direction, our troops repelled seven assaults near Kamyanka, Zapadnoye, and Kutkovka, as well as in the direction of Kolodeznoye and Bologovka. Three more combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked five times in the area of ​​the village of Peschanoye and in the direction of Petrovpavlovka and Novoplatonovka.
In the Liman sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces units repelled three attacks in the direction of Drobishevo and near the villages of Srednee and Kolodezi. One battle continues.
In the Slavyansk direction, four enemy assaults were stopped in the areas of Yampol, Pereyezdny and Vyemka.
In the Kramatorsk area, two armed clashes occurred near Stupochki and Orekhovo-Vasilivka. One clash is still ongoing.
In the Konstantinovka direction, Russian occupiers launched seven assaults in the direction of Konstantinovka and near Shcherbinovka, Pleshchyivka, Rusynyi Yar, and Poltavka. Two enemy attacks are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupiers launched 47 attacks near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Novoye Shakhove, Nikanorovka, Krasny Liman, Suhetskoye, Mykhailivka, Novoekonomichnoe, Promen, Lisovka, Pokrovsk, Zvirovo, Kotlin, Udachnoye, Molodetskoye, Orekhovoe, Novoukrainka, Filiya, and in the direction of Novopavlovka. Our defenders have already repelled 39 attacks, and fighting continues.
In the Aleksandrovsk direction, the invaders attempted to advance nine times near the settlements of Yalta, Sichnevoye, Sosnovka, Novomikolaevka, and Poltavka. Four clashes are ongoing.
In the Orekhov direction, the enemy attacked twice near Stepovoye.
The enemy has not yet carried out offensive operations in the Gulyai-Pole and Dnieper directions.
As a reminder, over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian assault units advanced up to 1.6 kilometers in the Pokrovsky district of Donetsk Oblast. This was reported by Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Sirsky.
